Sound familiar?

Every game day, someone’s racing through the supermarket at 7am.

Forgotten fruit

The roster lives in a group chat nobody reads. Half-time comes, and nobody brought the oranges.

Parents out of pocket

Someone grabs the fruit on the way and spends a fortnight chasing the money back.

Coordinators chasing

Reminding, swapping, reimbursing. Every single week of the season.

Fruit Shout fixes all three, and puts money back into the club.

How it works

One link a week. That’s the whole job.

  1. 01

    Club sets the roster

Load the season draw and parents once. Fruit duty rotates automatically.

  2. 02

    Parent gets a link

A WhatsApp reminder before the game. Order up to 24 hours before the game.

  3. 03

    Shop packs the boxes

Every paid box on one run sheet, grouped by ground.

  4. 04

    Fruit at half-time

Picked up from the shop before the game. Ground drop-off where the shop offers it.

For clubs

Less chasing. More money for the club.

  • A share of every box, paid to the club’s bankStraight into your account. Nothing to collect or count.
  • A roster that runs itselfLoad the draw and parents once. Reminders go out by WhatsApp or text.
  • See who’s sorted, and the gapsOne screen shows every game. You get an alert if a turn isn’t sorted.

Questions

The short answers.

What does it cost the club?+

Nothing. The club gets a share of every box parents buy, paid straight to the club’s bank account.

What does it cost a fruit shop?+

Register below and we’ll walk you through it. You set your own box prices and get paid automatically for every order.

Do parents need an app or an account?+

No. They get a link by WhatsApp or text, tap, choose how to get it, and pay by card. About 30 seconds.

When do orders close?+

24 hours before the game, so the shop has time to pack. Works for any game day. Late? Bring fruit the old way.

What if the game is washed out?+

The parent is refunded in full, and the club’s and shop’s shares come back automatically.

What do you store about families?+

A parent’s name and mobile, from the club. Never anything about children.

Our club isn’t in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast.+

Register anyway. We go where clubs and a good local fruit shop are keen.

Who’s behind Fruit Shout?+

Ubilo, a Brisbane team building tools for local food businesses. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
